Food stuff

South African culinary traditions are a unique blend of traditional and ethnic recipes ranging from European cuisine, Malay bobotie, Indian curries and superb seafood. The South African equivalent to a barbeque is a "braai" where you can try game such as impala and kudu and boerewors, which is a spicy sausage, or if you prefer, steak and ribs. While you are enjoying a sundowner taste some "biltong" which is spiced dried strips of beef, ostrich or venison.
