Red Cherry Adventures accepts no responsibility for any death, illness, injury sustained or suffered or theft whilst on tour.Red Cherry Adventures reserves the right to at any time change the route if there are dangers involved.By signing this Indemnity Form you will exempt Red Cherry Adventures its owners, guides and staff from any liability for accident, injury, illness or death to your person.You voluntary assume the risk of taking part in the activities offered by Red Cherry Adventures.

 

Terms and Conditions

Reservations, Deposits and Final Payments
Booking reservation enquiries should be followed by a deposit to be paid to hold your tour reservation. This deposit is fully applied against your final payment. Final payment is due by no later than 30 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellations and Refunds

If the booking is cancelled 8 weeks prior to the tour, the tour deposit is refundable.
If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the tour, you will forfeit the full deposit.
If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the tour you will forfeit 50% of the tour price.
You may provide a substitute person without forfeiting your deposit.
No refunds are possible for a no show or for unused portions of your tour.

The tour price does not include:

International tickets to or from South Africa, personal items, passport and visa fees, laundry, telephone calls, room service, accident insurance, tips and gratuities and a motorcycle deposit.

The tour price does include:

  • Hire of all Riding Gear
  • Airport transfers
  • Transport
  • Accommodation
  • Bike and quad hire
  • All food and drinks
  • Public Liability Insurance

Motorcycle/Quad Safety and Security deposit

A deposit is payable prior to tour departure. This covers all damages other than wear and tear. Any damage to the motorcycles or quads will be deducted from this deposit, and upon return of the undamaged motorcycle, the security deposit will be fully refunded on the last day of the tour.

Your bikes will be cleaned and serviced every night.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all tour participants take Travel Insurance when making travel arrangements, which should include personal accident, health, medical, hospitalisation, disability, life, personal property and baggage.

Riders

Riders improve their riding skills during a tour, but you should not expect to learn to ride a motorcycle while on tour. Red Cherry Adventures will supply all riding gear from head to toe, however, should you have any personal kit preferences, feel free to bring them along. Weather conditions can change the inherent risk of enjoying this sport.

The rider acknowledges being aware that the proposed itinerary and tour requires a measure of physical fitness and endurance, and it is the riders obligation to ensure that he is medically fit and able to embark on the tour.

Responsibilities and Liabilities

We reserve the right to modify any part of a tour in the interests of improvement or to adapt to other situations as they arise. We will not be held responsible or liable for expenses incurred as a result of delays in flights or missed connections. We will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or changes in the schedule in response to unplanned events. We will not be responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries etc as per our Indemnity.

General

The rider acknowledges that it is his responsibility to ensure that he is possessed of the necessary travel documents that may be required in respect of the proposed tour, as well as health and other certificates that may be required from time to time.

The rider acknowledges that Red Cherry Adventures will appoint a guide who shall be in charge of the tour and all matters relating thereto, and the rider agrees and undertakes to comply with the guide’s lawful requirements.

Red Cherry Adventures believes that the contents of this website are correct, but all services and prices described herein are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
